Downstairs there's a spacious living room with a comfy sofa and a separate sofa-bed (for unexpected guests). There's also a DVD Player / iPos music system hooked to a nice flatscreen TV with FreeView

The corridor leads you past the downstairs cloakroom (and storage with beach toys under the stairs) to the spacious, open plan kitchen / dining room / sun room. We usually hang out on the sofa there with the french doors open and just soak in summer. Of course the kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you need - we need them, too, when we're there! One of the essentials

From the sun room you step on to decking with outside eating area and a sun-umbrella, next to the barbecue. The rest of the garden is gravelled, and the backdoor from the garden leads you to a shortcut, past The Place on to the beach (it's a nice place to stop by for a drink or dinner if you don't fancy cooking, and they do great BBQs in the summer)

Upstairs on the left is a lovely, bright and sunny bedroom with a single bed (that can be extended to two full size beds - just let us know when you book)

Next to it is a twin bedroom; the beds can be linked together to make a nice double bed as well.

Then there is a spacious family bathroom

And finally there's the master bedroom, with a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite shower room

All bedrooms have blackout blinds fitted so you can enjoy a proper lie in if you need a break from the beach

If you need to plan your activities beyond the beach, there is of course WiFi internet access
